Urban Initiatives to Serve Several Southern California Jurisdictions as Homeless Count Consultant two people on bench
Urban Initiatives will help coordinate homeless counts for the counties of Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura and the City of Pasadena. The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) "strongly encourages" jurisdictions to conduct annual homeless counts as part of their Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Grant Programs. HUD mandates that the counts occur during the last 10 days of January which is only days away. Urban Initiatives has served as a consultant for each of these jurisdictions in the past. For more information contact Joe Colletti, PhD at joecolletti@urban-initiatives.org.
